Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there’s a problem, here’s how we handle it.

1. Returns
We accept returns only if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Returns for change of mind are not accepted unless specifically stated for the product.
To request a return, contact us within 7 days of delivery at kareemhussein154@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos/videos showing the issue.

2. Eligibility
The item must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories. Proof of issue is required for approval.

3. Return Address & Shipping Costs
The return address will be provided after approval. In some cases, the return must be sent to our supplier’s overseas warehouse. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

4. Damages/Issues
Inspect your order upon arrival. If defective, damaged, or wrong, contact us immediately with proof so we can resolve it.

5. Non-Returnable Items

·        Perishable goods

·        Custom products or personalized items

·        Personal care products

·        Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases

·        Clearance/final sale items (unless defective)

6. Exchanges
We only replace defective or incorrect items. If approved, we may send a replacement at our discretion.

7. EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order ships into the EU, you can cancel within 14 days of receipt for any reason. Return shipping to our overseas warehouse is your responsibility.

8. Refunds
Refunds are processed once the supplier confirms receipt and inspection of the item. Processing times may vary depending on supplier location and your payment provider.
